What to expect from your online experience:

After you successfully register for the program you will receive access to the Pass Program Online Video Library. 

After you fill in the reg form,  there will be a short processing time, you will then receive access to the online system- usually immediately ...

After payment, you will be given 60 days to watch the video, which begins immediately, and you may watch them as many times as you wish.

If you have technical issues, you will be provided with a FAQ/ Knowledge Base access for 24/7 technical support.  If you still require assistance, live support is also available.

Here are the most common technical issues:

1- Broadband- in order to watch the lecture series online, you need to have a minimum broadband connection speed of 270 kbps
(we are currently working on a slow speed internet version, however this will not be published for several weeks) to test your broadband connection, please visit a website like "Speakeasy.com" for example ( if you have difficulty in viewing the videos, you may have a slower or stagnant internet connection- to solve this you may want to pause the video at the beginning to allow it to buffer, and then return to watch the video after you have enjoyed your latte, redbull, designer water, or other beverage of choice =)

2- Firefox- please use firefox as your internet browser  (free) simply go to google to find this on your own... (google link)

PLEASE NOTE: SOME people are experiencing issues with Firefox 4 with video playback on such sites as Zenga Games on Facebook, Youtube, etc and may have playback issues.

If this is the case, simply uninstall and reinstall an older more stable version of Firefox, such as 3.8.6. 

(While we endeavor to provide the best possible support, we do not support your workstation or personal computer, however most simple issues are solved with an install/restart.  This is a PC issue, or a Firefox 4 issue, and not related to PASS Program video playback.)

3- Adobe Flash- you need to install the recent version of Adobe Flash Player (also free) simply google this to find it (google link)

4- Purchase-

      Click course and fees in the main menu

      Select what you want to Purchase- our most common choice is the SERIES, as you will have the highest possibility of success

      Register

      Login with the username and password you just chose

      Click on the cart icon in the upper right, will take you here

      Enter your billing information- be sure to use the address and phone number of the credit card  (sometimes you may want to call your card issuer to let them know you will be         putting a charge through of this size... )

After your purchase, and you have confirmed that you have the latest version of Firefox, and Adobe Flash (for Firefox) you will login in the upper right of the website.

After login, you will be taken here...   you will then see the videos you have access to, on top, as well as see the first three minutes of all videos below them.

After you click on the arrow icon (looks like this) you will then have a window with a white box appear on the screen- you will see a video player.

( TIP: On the player is an icon next to the volume control, click this and you will be able to view in full screen mode)
